Although much time has elapsed after introduction of this feature, the implementation is faulty, i.e. it is not fully available to all players on all servers, except for the rather irritating reminder when one logs in. The rank holder on various things like level, power, title, pet, beast, elementar...

No need to worry.. all const fragments will become useful once u reach higher levels to exchange for combo yellow, red, ex or godlike, constellations. And they are never enough...

U can farm exp, coins and gold once u have enough energy by spamming raids.
