Situation normal everything A O K.
lol, just miraculously working today post version update so fingers crossed.
Was going to try rolling back win update, etc but thankfully shouldnt be needed.

Agreed. Finally working. No information from support, and those lost days are exactly that: lost. No compensation if you didn't fully collect any items prior to the issue. Typical.
