Please don't lie/deny or say cannot find on log, i have already reflected back in the chat with the GODDESS before in my chat, after close to more than 4-5 month how can you say you cannot see this in the history of what i suggested. Either you are not trying hard enough, or you did it with a half hearted effort. Your Goddess ID on s5 went quiet and didn't talk at all while i feedback what i said.
I will repeat the same thing here to that incompetent part-timer Goddess you used on the game : Let the servers count be as it is until more people populate it (this was when s8 was the latest server), this will let the people grow in level in those servers, after which the population is stabilised , you can open more events and servers. The current problem is you open servers too fast and alot of players run to other servers before one is even populated causing rapid drop in players on each server.
THIS HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED TO YOUR TEAM IN JUNE OR EARLY JULY !!! HELLO???!?!?! REALITY CHECK?!?! You only open more events to take our money to open more servers. Isn't what I repeated to your team the current HIGHLIGHTED issue TO YOUR MARKETING TEAM OR YOU NOW BY OTHER PLAYERS COMPLAINTING HERE?
I don't think you are the same person who is on the game. Don't pretend the suggestion wasn't feedback. This problem has happen to all your franchises in other countries, if you want a dead game go ahead and keep opening more servers. More players will definitely leave your game. Taiwan is a good example.
This region GM and Taiwan GM has the same problem, avoid/escape from real problems and always give a standardized holding answer : We will reflect back to our management on your feedback.
Nearly close to 4-5 months later, there is NOTHING DONE or the situation has gotten worse. This has already spread to s15 and goodness knows how many more and yet you are opening s29 ?

Inter Hegemony is a NOT a function that will temporary solve this issue, in fact what do the players gain from s1-15 with 10% or less left of population going to do? Slug out and feast on each other? Its not bringing anyone back to play this game. It is silly to think this will solve or bring the players back.
What you have on the servers now are people who play your game due to having made friends on the same server. Once they find a better game or when your game has NO MORE SENTIMENTAL VALUE, you can kiss your population goodbye. People don't want to compete with other servers ONCE IN A BLUE BABOON, they want it frequently.
Taiwan has already released Inter Guild Wars on 31/10/2014 officially. If you need time to get the patch done, no problem but please don't delay untill all your servers are empty.
There is still alot of stuff your team didn't fix at all. Co op conditions from level 100 onwards like Boss Zhao Fan are still in Indonesian language. This is a bad QC on your team part. Instead of making your players slog through the game and find your bugs, why can't you guys test the game and do the correction. Offering a measly reward for a bug isn't going to help those who are at a high level.
EX Xiao Qiao and Wang Yi has been a bug since your game started, did you guys bother to correct this? No.
Angel function at level 120 is sucking coins at a terrible rate without any free tries ( 1million per try, max per day at 20 tries ) 20 million per day.
However after obtaining the Angel Function, i realised its another GOLD Sucking function. My friend quit your game straight away on the same day he realised this without reaching 120.
Using gold its 50 gold and 1 million with incremental cost of gold after a number of tries. This function has a problem whereby the higher your VIP goes chances of you netting a GOLD SKILL is very low.
Someone has spent $30k in Taiwan NT dollars and only got 1 GOLD SKILL. While a VIP0 got 2 GOLD SKILLS. This is bullshit. This is not a lie and i have the player ID to prove this.
Since this function only pull the power gap further for VIP0 and VIP++, here is the following suggestion.
Positive feedback: All of the function should incorporate free tries including Angel Function. This is something to be fair to all players including the VIP0 players. I have players willing to convert to VIP+ because i promote your game to them, as certain aspect having VIP is a bonus.
Reduce the cost of Angel function with gold to 200k like Weaponry. However limit the tries on Affection as well, because Angel Function is a game breaker, if those who spend alot using Gold on Angel , it will cause power inbalance, and more people will leave your game. We already have quite a few examples of free players who got sick of gold players using gold to spam on Potential to overpower VIP0.
We , the players of your game offer you suggestions long ago , but you turn blind and deaf to our "positive feedback". We like your game to grow but you want money in place of our loyalty to grow instead. We know change takes time, but opening more and more server during "that time" is just telling us no change or feedback on indefinite hold.
Understand the basis of web browser is to squeeze money from players to open servers, to earn high amount of money in a short span of time. We are talking about few millions here, However this game isn't that attractive as better games like League of Angels from R2 or Age of Wushu.
Wanting to rack up that kind of profit compared to those games is unrealistic while this game has poor drawing power except for fan service appeal not to mentioned your graphics are copied from games like KOEI's Dynasty Warriors (Guan Yu, Diao Chan, Zhang Fei, MaChao, ZhaoYun) and Samurai Warriors.(Toshiie Maeda cosplay into JiangWei)
But your company is taking this overboard and need some reflection. What works in other countries don't necessary work in countries like Malaysia or Singapore.
And as a board moderator, i am sorry to say this but your tone of attitude seems very lacking especially when your game has too much flaws and mistakes. Trying to argue back when you are underperforming... is seriously not impressing me.
Compare to your presentation on the list of heroes compared to Taiwan GM's effort.. i think its a joke. It looks like a sloppy effort to mash potatoes. The information provided
