Whats the point in "GM" button if no-one answers!

I jumped on the forum yesterday intending to ask "support" a question and read the pinned post at the top suggesting I use the "GM" button in game for a quicker response.

I think I'm being reasonable in assuming some sort of response should be forthcoming inside of 24hrs. I mean what game doesn't have a moderator online at some point in a 24hr window???

For the moderators who read this my query is in server EST S129....

Query is below.

Hi, I'm in server s129 EST, I completed Tong Que Terrace token collection and recruited both XiaoQiao and DaQiao but when I try to deify it asks me to confirm, I click yes and the game does nothing....

It does not take my gold (which is good) but it also does not direct deify

It does not give me any error message or anything. It just closes the "confirm" box and returns to "Tong Que Terrace" menu.

yeah, only ex..

to make godlike and then saint, u need empryan stone..

empryan stone convert to weapon fragment.. (go to weaponry)

Theres a direct deify button that asks me if I want to spend 2.5k gold...

whats it for if I have to do it the other way like every other character?

dont use gold, i recomended u use energy

clearing quest and search token,

now, GM give player 5k energy each day.. use it to search token

after recruit, u can make Godlike, then doing her Star Technique. Then u can build saint..

example: star chase cross bow.. if weapon fragment for saint Xiao Qiao.. u can convert from empryan stone

yea, ive had a few friends on here try that button before.. it has never worked.

wkwkw, button active after requirement complete.. and all item (token) on your inventory..

u can search that item from raid quest,..

Rey, I'm talking about this button that is there after the tokens are collected and "EX XiaoQiao" is recruited...
Clicking deify brings up this screenAnd clicking direct deify button gives me this option to spend gold!!This is what my complaint is about... what is the point of button and option to spend gold I spent hard earned cash to get if it does SWEET F##K ALL!!

Hi there, for Godlike Xiao Qiao its need consume gold, and it was same too for Godlike Da Qiao.

I fully realise you should be able to consume gold.

However, when I click yes to consume the gold it does NOT work.....

This is why I have been discussing it with you in game using GM button.

And why Iposted the pics displaying the sequence of buttons up to the part where the game won't let me consume gold to make XiaoQiao godlike.

Hi there James, it has requirement, you should reach VIP 6 first to unlock that.
