new recharge gold system

the new recharge gold system is so annoy or if u wanna call it scam -_-

example i recharged 12000 gold and only got 11999 gold so on single recharge bonus i only can get the 6000 price instead of 12000 . it also effect the great return gold as well . i have made a couple recharge before i checked ingame . RIP

so disappointed .

also i can't find "GM button" anywhere on my screen , so i gotta post it here instead .

anyway , please check out my recharged . i can't collect the single recharge prize i made .

yes, we just reply from there, and our work time is from 10:00-21:00

sane thing happen to me a few times. gm told that I got some gold and the one gold missing each time was tuff luck wrote a few times no change never got the missing awards.
