Excuse me! I'm new player so I don't about Star Techniuqe, When i try upgrade Godlike Xiao Qiao to Siant Xiao Qiao, info pop-up that "Star Techniuqe is not full yet..." But I don't know where can i see those star technique feature! Does anybody know where is it and what lv?

Hi chansarith, you have to upgrade the Star Technique of Godlike Xiao Qiao on "Skill" Feature to maximum before she can ascend and become Saint

This post is terribly old but has info I am looking for. I have the 300 Star Cross Bow fragments.
Where is this "skill" feature that is being referred to? (edit)Is there a level requirement to get to see this skill feature? I am currently level 102.
