discount 30% for polish rune use gold..
If I read it right should be able to repolish red runes
the 'change suit in tavern' is misleading because it doesn't really apply. I gather that it's stating that there's a 30% discount if you do extreme polish on any rune. however there are runes everywhere in the game. i.e. actual runes, or the runes under warrior spirit. so yeah it's confusing.
I also think they were trying to be "cute" in the beggining. I think they were trying to tell us its time to "relax, we will give you 30% gold back after use to polish runes." I also agree its the ones in warrior spirit, the red special ones. I dont know how to use those though anyway...

Maybe you will discover a new feature here.
In fact, when you have Special runes (Red runes) fused many times (not only one), there is a new feature appearing: REFORGING.

So be careful, when you see this banner, the rebate of 30% will apply only for the gold spent in the REFORGING feature of multiple times fused RED RUNES.
