Non Responsive GM and customer Service in Game

I have sent email to lodge a complain since 1.59pm yesterday and till now there is still no reply from Customer Service. In game I have sent a critic via the GM channel and there is still no reply. Are the developer of the game or the GM trying to manipulate the complain?? What kind of services are these where GM and developer team dont respond fast and delay in resolving players issue and problem??

This is utter dissapointment!!!!!

We have received the email, thank you for your feedback, VIP players will get privileges that can be found on this page:

As a response we apologise if you feel offended that GM gave roses not only to you, but also to other players.

And we have changed our policy, GMs were allowed to give roses to any VIP 0-12 players for whatever reason as long as it's not a Roses Rank Week.

Now GMs will not give roses to any players in-game anymore.

U dont understand what is the problem here and dont try to mask ur mistake Goddess. I m not offended as u put it. U can give whatever u want to anyone. But ur action of giving the roses when someone shouted "unfair" then immediately u send to the person is WRONG. Plus there are others who said the samething but u didnt give to others. The way u r abusing the authority is questionable coz its unfair treatment.

On another issue, email has timeline stamped on the mail and it took more than 35 hours with no respond from the team. Do u think this is acceptable? Remember ur task as Gm is to help players but not create more and more issues. Same thing happen in the in game critic option....no respond even until NOW.

Pls review ur inadequate and inefficient work manner. Dont cause more issues to the game. Coz of the developer's inability to solve problem.....its useless to continue being a VIP member.

Chatting halfway and less than 22 seconds the GM cant answer....just offline and do an auto reply. What kind of attitude is this??

Mind you.....u dont treat players like that no matter if he/she is a paying player or non paying player!!!
